As General Counsel of ERTechnologies and legal practitioner with various Law Groups, Ms. Yu oversees the corporate contractual interests and ethics practices. She brings a wealth of experience in corporate formations, including corporate restructuring, Mergers & Acquisition, valuation for IPOs, transaction negotiations and regulatory compliance. She handles overseas investments and foreign direct investment strategies. She specializes in securities law including 8K, 10K, S1 registration statements filings and provide legal assistance for international clients business transactions including IPO, Reverse Mergers, Merger & Acquisitions and Private Placements.

Ms. Yu has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Northeastern University Qinhuangdao, China and a L.L.M from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL. In her spare time she has a passion for volunteering at the China Language Institute and the Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. Whenever she has the extra time will indulge in her passion for Music include Classic Piano, Jazz, Art, Travel, Riding horses, photographic modeling and staying fit.
